How To Get a Prescription?

Phone me at 303-250-3044 or email me, using the link at the left, to set up an initial telephone consultation. Pre-pay for your appointment, either by mail or using the PayPal link to the left. After our consultation, I will write up your customized formula within 48 business hours and notify you when it is ready. After you respond to my email, I will send you the herbs along with instructions. Ten days after you start taking the formula (or sooner if necessary), we will have another consultation to evaluate your progress. Usually, we will talk after another two weeks and then monthly for two months.
